I actually love the processor but I got to be honest. It's a little challenging to setup and I still can't get it to recognize more than 1 subwoofer.
Absolutely the best part of my system! It's a beast and there's no volume level it can't handle!
I received my Ad-1pa November of 2025 and I was immediately impressed with rich, full, and detailed sound right out of the box. Today is 7-24-26, and I waited this long to see if I had any problems with the amp. This is amp is rock solid and stable, and it looks great in my setup, hell it looks an operate so well I would like to add another one and by-amp them. But buying another one would be overkill, for I’m running KLIPSCH KLF 20 a very efficient speaker and if I did buy another one I would only gain a little more headroom. I hear more detail and nuances in the music, and the Ad-1pa is rock solid performer, and I haven’t been more happier.

I have been using this for over 10mo now and absolutely enjoy it. To provide some context of my use, it starts with home theater of course. This is my primary amp for the following; Marantz AV8805 processor, A11 gen2 amp, Monolith 9x amp, and 15 channel layout (13.2 active at a time).
This amp has no noise floor that I can hear. It just works as advertised and my system has performed fantastic without any issues ever related to this amp. In fairness, the Monolith 9x has been a performer as well, but I prefer the A11 which is powering the front stage and and 5 overhead speakers ( 5th is only active in Auro3D) the rest of the overheads and bed layer are powered by the Monolith 9x.
The screen with VU functionality is pretty cool too.
The unit barely gets warm after watching extended cut LOTR trilogy marathon. Which is great.
I don't know how Summit HiFi is able to pass on such a bargain. All I know is I do not regret the purchase. I'm considering buying another to replace the Monolith. Only for matching the appearance of my setup. For the price. I definitely recommend it for anyone needing or wanting to do separates.

This amplifier has great build quality and powers front stage with clean distortion free sound. It also runs surprisingly cool, and for the price it competes with amps that are double the cost. And having Amir call me directly soon after I order lettering me my order was getting ready to ship and telling me I can call him anytime if I have any issues that need trouble shooting. This tell me Summit-USA truly values the customer.

2026/07/21 I bought this amplifier six months ago, and it's definitely reliable and efficient. It's connected to a brand-new Marantz 7706 processor and drives nine Klipsch speakers (one RP-504C-II, two RP-8000F-II, two RP-502S II, two RP-1000SW, and four CDT-5800 C II) in a 5.2.4 configuration. The maximum temperature it reaches with the Marantz processor at 70% output volume is 38°C, which is excellent (neither the processor nor the amplifier needs a cooling system). I haven't had a single problem, and I use it for almost 12 hours a day, every day of the week. The price seems very fair compared to other amplifiers in this range. I had my doubts at first, but now I highly recommend it.
I bought an A2 and a pair of A7’s because i wanted 16 CH of Class A/B power, they all have their dedicated 20 amp line, I couldn’t be happier with the results, these amps are impressive. I’m happy with my purchase from Summit Hifi, their customer service is second to none.

I’m an old school audiophile who appreciates clean bass response with lifelike fidelity. I still use my vintage Adcom GFA 555 II amplifiers with my Martin Logan XT F200s. They run rings around my Klipsch Cornwalls. The Pretium 18” is just what the bass doctor recommended. I want to congratulate my friend Aamir for providing us with such a wonderful product that performs flawlessly. Once I downloaded the app and fired it up, I knew right away what I was dealing with. My friend Michael was there still after helping me take this 150lb monster upstairs in my 28ft x 38ft theatre room. We were sitting about 16ft away from the front stage. We were like two children grinning from ear to ear while the cleanest, most transparent vocals along with relentless subharmonic vibrational vibes filled the entire room effortlessly. Clean pure power with killer look
It plays video and music superbly. The interface is clear, and changing settings—of which there are plenty—is easy.
It offers extensive customization options, including image and sound adjustments. A fast processor makes browsing movie and music collections a breeze.
I have it connected to an Advance Paris A12 Classic amplifier and Dali Rubicon 2 speakers.
the music sounds exquisite with this setup. I recommend the Zidoo UHD 8000 to any music or movie enthusiast.
This sub is serious and Admir has the lost art of truly putting others first. The service Admir gave during my purchase of two Pretium 18’s and an AT-600 was outstanding. I recommend giving Summit Hifi a chance. You will not regret it.
Great amp. I’ve been using it for a few months and I can say that it delivers. Quality made and heavy and gives my kef r7 metas more than enough juice that it needs.

I think we are lucky to be in the era when digital sound is getting much better. This unit is part of that process. Excellent sound, great separation, you notice things you never heard before. The software could be more intuitive.
The amplifier supplies great power especially with a 4 ohm load. Bass is really good although I have found that upgrading the power cable does make a noticeable improvement in overall sound quality. This amp is huge so be sure to have some room for it to breathe. Surprisingly it doesn’t really get that warm. I wish that it was able to be bridged into 4 ohms then I would get a second just for the aesthetics. One supplies ample power though.
I couldn’t be happier with my new T8. I am used to the interface as I have an A8 in another system. Hooking this up to my PS Audio PMG Signature DAC via I2S was straightforward. Using the “connect” apps makes for a simple signal path and the unit sounds great. Highly recommended
This is a great powerful amp for my system. I have it coupled to a Yamaha RX-A3050 receiver (as preamp) which was previoulsy struggling to power my 11.2 speaker system. It arrived on my time, has been runnning flawlessly for the last month or so. It is beautiful to look at, with the large screen. Highly recommended!
